1. Returns Eligibility

• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

• The product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect

• The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used cosmetics and skincare products

• Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

• Gift cards or promotional items

• Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

3. How to Request a Return

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

• We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed

Please note that bank processing times may vary.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.

7. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

8. Late or Missing Refunds
